*** Note - General Rule #14 states:Hancock Co. Fair Queen and Miss Teen Hancock Co., Little Miss & Mister, Hancock County Junior Princess, Hancock County Princess, and the Baby Contest are open to Hancock, Breckenridge, Ohio and  Daviess County residents only.

       General Rule #13 states: Tiny Tots are not open to any other counties.
