*** Note - General Rule #14 states:Hancock Co. Fair Queen and Miss Teen Hancock Co. are open to Hancock, Breckenridge, Ohio and  Daviess County residents only.

       General Rule #13 states: Tiny Tots, Little Miss & Mister, Hancock Co. Junior Princess, Hancock Co. Princess and Baby contests are not open to any other counties.
